Polly Black
Polly Black brings over twenty years of diverse brand marketing experience to BoldMouth. Ms. Black spent eight years with the apparel divisions of Sara Lee, Inc. where she rose to be Vice President Marketing & Merchandising of Hanes with P&L responsibility for $1b in business.
As a strategic consultant, Ms. Black's clients included Champion, Playtex, and Levelor among others providing long range planning, portfolio alignment, brand repositioning, new product development, segmentation studies, and target refinement.
Polly began her career at Frito Lay, Inc. working on household brand names including Lays and Cheetos as well as new product introductions. Polly holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School, a Master's degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Vassar College.
Polly is a strong strategic marketer who thrives on creating connections and identifying and capturing market opportunities to accelerate expansion, increase revenues and improve profits, along with a proven ability to strengthen and grow brands through consumer and customer understanding and communication that can be used to gain insight or access as well as to drive revenue and results.

When you meet Polly, don't be surprised by her British accent or the occasional "u" that finds its way into her spelling. Polly is British, has a multicultural background. She speaks and writes fluently French as well as both the US and UK versions of English.
